We specialise in sourdough bread and simple pastries, using flour and fresh produce from small farms in the UK.
Our counter favourites include chocolate brioche, cinnamon buns, leek butter brioche, sticky ginger cake, sausage rolls, and sandwiches, plus a rotation of seasonal specials (apple turnovers, mince pies, hot cross buns…).
Our staple bread is the table loaf, which is a large sourdough perfect for sharing, but you can buy it by the half or quarter if you don’t want to share. It is made with half white and half wholemeal wheat flour, plus a handful of rye. We also make a smaller, seeded version, and on Saturdays we make rye bread and baguettes too.
The bakery is open Wednesday to Sunday, and you can eat-in or takeaway. We also serve speciality coffee, under the guidance of coffee wizard Tom Collins-Singh.
